Public Relations Specialist

-Write press releases and respond to requests from the media for effective communication with the public. -Post and update content on the company's website and social media outlets to maintain company image and identity. -Establish relationships with consumer and public interest groups. -Study objectives, promotional policies, and company needs to develop strategies that will influence public opinion of company services. -Write and edit organizational publications including newsletters and reports for internal or external audiences. -Prepare press releases concerning relevant environmental and other concerns and company response in handling the concerns. -Adapt press releases for announcements on social media, in addition to publication through traditional media outlets. -Monitor and respond to social media questions and concerns. Bachelor's Degree in Journalism, Public Relations, Communications, or related degree.
