As a Supervisor, you will support the management team to create the best experience for our customers and deliver desired results. You will share responsibility for executing store operations and maintaining an attractive store environment. Your role involves creating a positive environment that develops and engages managers, associates, and customers daily. You should love being part of a winning team and bring energy to your work.
Reporting Line
The Supervisor reports to the Store Manager.

Responsibilities
- Support the management team to achieve sales targets and grow the business.
- Demonstrate product knowledge, selling, and operational skills to maximize sales.
- Engage with customers to build relationships and brand loyalty using company tools.
- Be a role model for the customer experience to team members.
- Ensure store standards for merchandising and operations are consistently met.
- Be accountable for assigned tasks and results.
- Learn all aspects of the business and contribute ideas to drive growth.
- Create a positive work environment with a professional attitude.
- Perform POS transactions and execute supervisor functions in the absence of the Store Manager.

Qualifications
- Prior supervisory experience in a similar volume, apparel retail environment (preferred).
- Proven track record of exceeding sales and performance expectations.
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
- Occasional travel to other store locations may be required.
