PT Physical Therapist

The Physical Therapist is responsible for assessing, planning, and implementing patient-specific care in accordance with standards and regulations.

•  Gathers relevant data, collaborates with physicians, and independently evaluates patients.

•  Recognizes additional needs, interprets results, and sets realistic goals.

•  Reassesses progress regularly and discusses equipment needs with patients and families.

•  Requires a Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy, valid state license, and BLS certification.

•  Full-time position ensuring quality care for diverse patient populations.
