PART-TIME Computer Network & Network Security Advisor Job Classification: Computer Network & Network Security Advisor
Location: Arlington, VA
Job Type: This position is part-time, with an estimated workload of 20 hours per week.

Salary: The salary is commensurate with experience and labor category POSITION OVERVIEW We are seeking a highly capable and adaptable Technical SETA to support a new program and a
diverse portfolio of strategic technology efforts. This role involves initiatives across the domains
of computer networking, machine learning, and network security. The position also supports
early-stage program development and technical ideation. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Provide technical SETA support across multiple programs with a focus on computer networks, machine learning, and cybersecurity.
• Conduct independent technical research and contribute to rapid development of new research initiatives.
• Design and execute simulations and emulations in networking environments.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate technical goals into actionable program concepts. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
• 5-7 years of recent experience in computer networks and network security.
• Proficient in programming, with a strong ability to perform emulations/simulations in network environments.
• Deep understanding of TCP/IP, network protocols, Linux systems, and related simulation tools.
• Working knowledge of machine learning models and prompt engineering techniques.
• Self-starter capable of independently driving technical work in fast-paced environments. ADDITIONAL DESIRED ATTRIBUTES
