Minimum Requirements
Doctoral degree (PhD or PsyD) in Psychology from an accredited institution
Current licensure (or license eligibility) as a Licensed Psychologist in the state of North Carolina
Experience in psychological testing, diagnosis, and treatment planning
Preferred Qualifications
Strong clinical skills in administering and interpreting cognitive and personality assessments
Experience working with multidisciplinary teams
Knowledge of trauma-informed care, behavioral health systems, and evidence-based interventions
Ability to prepare clear, comprehensive psychological evaluation reports
Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
Compensation: $99,624 - $110,242

Position Description
As a Psychologist, you will:
Administer and interpret psychological tests to assess cognitive, emotional, and behavioral functioning
Develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, families, and other clinical team members
Document and report findings clearly in the EHR, ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance
Consult with professionals across disciplines to coordinate holistic, client-centered care
Provide family counseling and education to strengthen support systems and treatment outcomes
Stay current with developments in psychological science through ongoing training and professional development
Maintain ethical and legal standards in all aspects of client care, including confidentiality and documentation
