Position: Permanent MD/DO Child & Adolescent Psychiatrist
Location: Chambersburg, Pennsylvania

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct psychiatric evaluations, diagnoses, and treatment planning for children and adolescents with mental health disorders.
Provide medication management and psychotherapy as part of a multidisciplinary care team.
Collaborate with therapists, psychologists, case managers, and social workers to create individualized treatment plans.
Participate in family education and support programs to enhance patient care.
Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with mental health regulations.

Qualifications:
MD/DO with Board Certification or Eligibility in Child & Adolescent Psychiatry.
Active Pennsylvania medical license or ability to obtain one.
Experience in child and adolescent psychiatric care, crisis intervention, and medication management preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively work with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
