Child Psychiatrist Northwest Pennsylvania (In-Person, Full-Time or Part-Time)

An outstanding non-profit organization in Northwest Pennsylvania is expanding its team and looking for a dedicated Psychiatrist to provide compassionate care to children. This is a 100% in-person position with flexible options, including part-time availability for those able to commit at least 20 hours per week.

Position Highlights:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Diagnose, treat, and manage psychiatric conditions in children.
  • Prescribe and monitor psychiatric medications.
  • Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans.
  • Conduct psychiatric evaluations and consultations.
  • Collaborate with mental health professionals in outpatient and community-based settings.
  • Stay current with new treatments and best practices in psychiatric care.
  • Supervise and work alongside non-physician providers.
Requirements:
  • Licensed to practice medicine in Pennsylvania.
  • Active DEA registration (must be able to prescribe controlled substances).
  • At least 5 years of experience in the field.
  • Board Certification preferred.
