Fully Remote Compensation: Starting at $195 Fluency in Spanish Required

Are you a passionate Spanish-speaking Psychiatrist ( MD/DO ) licensed in California looking for a flexible, fully remote opportunity to provide high-quality care? At Iris Telehealth, we're on a mission to expand access to high-quality behavioral health care-and we'd love for you to be part of it.

About the Role:

  • Setting: A CMHC - 100% outpatient clinic in California


  • Schedule: 16 hrs/wk, f lexible schedule, must fall within business hours of 9:00am-5:00pm PST.


  • Patient Population: Primarily a ges 6-25 with diagnoses including anxiety, depression, and PTSD.


  • Appointment Times : 120 minutes for initial visits, 30 minutes for follow-ups.


  • 100% Remote & Fully Supported: Work from anywhere in the U.S. with a dedicated team handling administrative tasks like patient follow-ups and vitals.


  • No On-Call Required. Enjoy work-life balance with a schedule that fits your needs.

Qualifications:

  • Completion of a 4-year ACGME-accredited Psychiatry residency and must be board-certified.


  • Active California medical license (required).


  • Fluent in Spanish and willing and able to provide patient care in this language.


  • Telehealth experience preferred (familiarity with Welligent is a plus.).


  • Must reside in the U.S. or a U.S. territory.
