Job Title: Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner - PMHNP
Location: 7101 E. Indian School Road - Scottsdale, AZ - 85251- The Schulte Institute
Employment Type: Part-Time - Full-Time - Monday thru Friday - Virtual and In Person Appointments
Salary: $175,000 plus a $3,000 sign-on bonus. $1,500 will be provided after 30 days from the start date and the remaining $1,500 will be provided after 90 days from the start date.

Dr. Henry Schulte, a Board-Certified Psychiatrist, seeks a dedicated and experienced Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP), to be part of a dynamic and successful 30-year, longstanding outpatient mental health practice.
At The Schulte Institute, Dr. Schulte treats with psychotherapy, medication management, Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) and has recently expanded to Spravato Nasal Ketamine Treatment.
Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to join our team. The PMHNP will work closely with our Psychiatrist, Dr. Schulte, and other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality mental health services.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and assessments.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Prescribe and manage medications.
- Provide follow-up care and monitor patients' progress.
- Collaborate with other healthcare providers to ensure holistic care.
- Educate patients and their families about mental health conditions and treatments.
- Maintain accurate and timely patient records.
Qualifications:
- Master's or Doctoral degree in Nursing with a specialization in Psychiatry.
- Current Nurse Practitioner license in Arizona.
- Certification as a Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) required.
- Must have full prescription authority to maintain current DEA licensure.
- Proven experience in psychiatric care.
- Strong clinical skills with the ability to manage complex cases.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
