Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner

•  Providers will deliver psychiatric evaluations and care within skilled nursing facilities, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.
•  Responsibilities include managing caseloads, providing assessments, diagnostics, treatment, and psychoeducation, and ensuring documentation adherence.
•  Flexible schedule during business hours (8am-5pm) allows autonomy within a supportive team environment.
•  Preferred candidates have 2+ years of mental health experience with adult populations, specifically in skilled nursing or geriatric care, and hold licensed Family, Geriatric, or Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner credentials in Connecticut.
