Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner

Project Health Inc d/b/a Langley Health Services is a busy non-profit, Federally Qualified Community Health Center. We are currently seeking a Full-Time Psychiatric and Mental Health Nurse Practitioner in Sumterville, Florida, who will provide a diagnosis and direct counseling for each patient on a plan for treatment. Who will prescribe medication in accordance with Florida statutes regarding Nurse Practitioners. Who has a special license to prescribe Suboxone. Qualifications:. Licensed by Florida State Board of Nursing. Current certification by National Commission for the Certification of Nurse Practitioners. Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. In addition to behavior health, we have radiology, pharmacy, walk-in clinic, pediatrics, family practice, podiatry and dental.
