Position Details:
Role: Permanent Psychiatrist (MD/DO)
Location: West Bloomfield, Michigan

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and develop treatment plans.
Diagnose and manage mental health disorders including depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, and PTSD.
Provide medication management and monitor patient progress.
Collaborate with therapists, psychologists, and other healthcare providers for integrated care.
Offer psychoeducation to patients and families regarding mental health conditions and treatment options.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation in the EMR system.

Qualifications:
MD/DO degree from an accredited medical school.
Board Certification/Eligibility in Psychiatry.
Active Michigan medical license or the ability to obtain one.
Experience in adult, child/adolescent, or geriatric psychiatry (preferred).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients and colleagues.
