Job Title: Nurse Practitioner
Location: Staten Island, NY 10314
Contract: 01 Year to Long Term
Shift: 9 AM - 5 PM (Mon to Fri)

Job Responsibilities:

• Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to provide medication evaluations.

• Medication management, and consultation for its students that receive services at the campus Counseling Center, to be evaluated on the criteria set forth herein.

Required Qualifications:

• Registered Nurse (RN) and Nurse Practitioner Licensure in the State of New York

• Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) Licensure

• Three (3) Years of verifiable experience as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner
