- Schedule: 8a-5p, Night call 5p-8a,. 24hr call on weekends
- Support Staff: Registered Nurses, Mental Health Techs, Occupational Therapist, Occupational Therapist Assistant, Social Worker, Adolescent Psychiatrist, Manager, Director
- Admissions per day - Depends on the need, on average now we see 0-2. At the higher census it would most likely look like 2-3
- Patients/day - Goal is 12
- Types of cases - Behavioral Health: Suicidal ideation, active aggression, etc
- Certifications: BC/BE, ND license or IMLC, BLS, DEA
- EMR: Epic
- Credentialing: As soon as possible
