Job Opportunity: Psychiatry - Adult & Child Crisis Stabilization Unit - Location: Naples, Florida - Full-time, permanent positionPosition DetailsWe are seeking a dedicated and compassionate psychiatrist to enhance our highly-reputed Baker Act receiving facility team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate calmness and collectedness in crisis situations.QualificationsRequired: - Current and clear FL Psychiatrist License & DEA. - Medical Doctor Degree from a regionally accredited college or university. - Experience with Baker Acts. - 2 years of inpatient experience. - 2 years working with adults, adolescents, and children with severe mental illnesses/co-occurring disorders. - Knowledge of rules and regulations pertaining to the care and treatment of those with mental health or substance use disorders. - Ability to collaborate with other programs, outside community agencies, and a diverse client base. - Ability to establish and maintain professional client boundaries. - Ability to assess emergency situations and respond effectively. - Dedication to the organizations mission, standards, procedures, and protocols. - Familiarity with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) and Microsoft Office 365/Teams. - Compliance with all training and immunization requirements. - Ability to pass a Level II DCF Mental Health Fingerprinting, drug screen, and local criminal check.Preferred: - Spanish bilingual.Logistics & CompensationWork Hours: Full-Time or Part-Time, Monday-Friday, 8 AM-5 PM, with some flexibility available.On-Call Duty: - $3,000 weekly flat rate for Crisis Stabilization Psychiatrist On-Call Duty. - Monday-Monday, rounds for psychiatric evaluation/medication management (Adult & Child CSU). - Saturday & Sunday with 2 supporting APRNs. - On-call consultation and orders for after hours (5 PM-8 AM) for the assigned week. - Emergencies and orders.Benefits: - Exciting 401(k) with employer match. - Employer paid life/AD&D insurance. - Generous PTO and paid holidays. - Medical, dental, and vision insurance. - Diverse discounts with local businesses. - Facility sponsored health and wellness initiatives, including EAP. - Extensive tuition/licensure reimbursement plans.
