Description:
  • This person will be responsible for completing admissions, discharges and daily notes on their caseload as well as participating in family meetings or agency meetings as necessary.
  • This is a full time, onsite position.
  • There is no on call and no weekend coverage.
  • The site is willing to offer a mix of geriatric and adults if the candidate preference
