• Behavioral Health Team: 5 Psychiatrists / 4 Full Time Social Work Therapists/Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner / 4 Licensed Practice Technicians (LPT) / RN Practice Manager

• 32 Hours Direct Patient Care Hours: 90 Minutes for New Patients & 30 Minutes for Follow Up Visits

• Patients Population: Depression, Anxiety, Early Symptoms of Cognitive Decline/Dementia
• 1:5 Call (Phone Call Only)- Taken One Week At A Time (Average 10 calls per week)
