Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicatedPsychiatry Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our growingbehavioral health team just 20 miles south of Boston, MA. The ideal candidatewill provide compassionate, patient-centered psychiatric care in an environmentthat prioritizes clinical excellence, innovation, and collaboration.
Key Responsibilities: - Conduct comprehensivepsychiatric evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide medicationmanagement and ongoing psychiatric care for patients with a range of mentalhealth conditions.
- Collaborate withpsychiatrists, psychologists, social workers, and other healthcareprofessionals to ensure integrated patient care.
- Educate patients andfamilies about mental health conditions, treatment options, and medicationadherence.
- Maintain accurate andthorough medical records in compliance with hospital policies and bestpractices.
- Participate inmultidisciplinary case discussions and contribute to clinical decision-making.
Requirements: - Licensed Nurse Practitioneror Physician Assistant in Massachusetts.
- Board certification as aPsychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner or relevant experience inpsychiatry as a PA-C.
- Minimum of 1-2 years ofexperience in psychiatry or behavioral health preferred.
- Strong diagnostic,therapeutic, and patient communication skills.
- Ability to work bothindependently and as part of a collaborative healthcare team.
