Position: Outpatient Psychiatry - Location: Biddeford, ME - Portland 15m - Full-time, permanent positionPosition Overview: Seeking a board-certified or board-eligible psychiatrist to provide medical leadership and clinical care across its outpatient clinics. This role supports multidisciplinary teams and is responsible for directing treatment planning, pharmacologic management, and therapeutic interventions within the continuum of behavioral health services.Responsibilities: Serve as the lead medical provider for outpatient behavioral health clinics Direct multidisciplinary team meetings and treatment planning Provide psychiatric evaluations and medication management Collaborate across the continuum of care to ensure effective coordination of servicesDesired Qualifications: MD or DO from an accredited allopathic or osteopathic medical school Completion of an accredited psychiatry residency and/or fellowship Board certified or board eligible in Psychiatry Licensed (or eligible) to practice in Maine Current DEA registration Minimum of 3 years of experience (including residency/fellowship) Meets criteria defined in Medical Staff By-lawsCompensation & Benefits: Competitive salary Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, and retirement CME support and generous paid time off Total Rewards package tailored to meet diverse needs of care team members
