A health services organization on Long Island is actively seeking a licensed Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PNP) to join their growing team in Suffolk County. In this role, the Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (NP) will play a key role in providing psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and behavioral health support for children and adolescents.

- Setting: Clinic (25%) and In-Field (75%)
- Patient Population: Medically Underserved (Adolescents & Children)
Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychiatric evaluations and manage medication regimens
- Collaborate with the team to develop and implement tailored care plans
- Provide trauma-informed behavioral health interventions
- Engage with families, schools, and community partners to ensure comprehensive care
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's and/or Master's Degree
- NYS Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (NP) license
- Strong assessment, clinical, and documentation abilities
- Patient-oriented
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Highly organized with a strong attention to detail
