Job Summary -
The position will conduct analysis to evaluate provider compensation. Duties will include significant research and report review to ensure a comprehensive evaluation related to provider compensation and productivity. Will be responsible for managing and updating compensation as it relates to Employment Agreements, Payment Policies and Fair Market Value. In addition, the position will be responsible for compiling, computing, and entering payroll related data for processing and management reporting.
Job Requirements - Education
- Required: Bachelor s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience
- Preferred: Demonstrated experience with healthcare financial analysis.
- Skills
- Knowledge of spreadsheet and database applications required.
- Good systematic problem solving skills and communication skills required.
- Excellent computer skills required, including the ability to quickly learn new software applications.
