As we continue to expand, we are seeking a highly motivated and self-driven Proposal Coordinator to join our team.

Position Overview: Proposal Coordinator will assist with the coordination and management of qualifications and marketing proposals. Support firm qualifications and proposal pursuits, which includes working closely with leadership to gather appropriate material/information needed to meet the requirements of the submission by the designated deadlines. This includes assembling and packaging proposals/ documents from inception through final product.

Key Responsiblities:
  • Proposal Development: Assist in high-stakes proposal pursuits, collaborating closely with the Proposal Manager to ensure alignment with organizational goals and client expectations.
  • Strategic Material Gathering: Assist in gathering relevant materials and information from various departments, ensuring all submissions are comprehensive and compelling.
  • Proposal Assembly and Packaging: Oversee the entire proposal lifecycle, from conceptualization to final delivery, ensuring that all documents are meticulously assembled and presented to meet designated deadlines.
  • Quality Assurance: Implement best practices for quality control, ensuring that all proposals meet the highest standards of accuracy, clarity, and professionalism.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in a marketing/communications role, preferably within the architecture, interior design, or real estate industries.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, content creation, copyrighting
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience with graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
  • Creative thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving and innovation
