Overview

Our growing team is seeking aProposal Coordinatorwho thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

In this role, you'll take the lead in managing proposals, RFQs, and RFPs across diverse markets-helping position our firm for exciting new opportunities.

This position is central to our business development efforts, working closely with technical teams, marketing, and leadership to craft compelling, customized submissions that stand out in the AEC industry.

This is aremote positionand can be based anywhere within Bohler's geographic footprint.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the firm's proposal development process, including RFQs, RFPs and interview processes.
  • Collaborate with marketing to produce high-quality graphics, proposal layouts, and content that aligns with brand standards.
  • Manage communication and coordination across teams, including internal staff, subconsultants, and leadership.
  • Oversee and create materials to be included in proposals
  • Develop and maintain proposal materials and support content libraries for reusability and efficiency.
  • Schedule and facilitate kick-off meetings, strategy sessions, and proposal reviews.
  • Maintain an organized proposal calendar, tracking milestones and deadlines.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Graphic Design, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the AEC (Architecture, Engineering, Construction) industry.
  • Proven track record developing winning proposals and qualification packages.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite: InDesign (required), Photoshop, Illustrator.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
  • Experience with Deltek Vision or other CRM/proposal tools a plus.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities, especially under tight deadlines.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Detail-oriented with a creative mindset and high design sensibility.
  • Comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams and facilitating meetings.
