East Bay Asian Local Development Corporation (EBALDC) is seeking a regular full-time Property Supervisor II.
The Property Supervisor II oversees a portfolio of properties, ensuring they meet occupancy and financial goals while maintaining compliance and organizational standards. They manage daily operations, leasing, maintenance, and resident relations, stepping in as needed.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leasing & Compliance: Ensure full occupancy, regulatory compliance, and fair housing adherence. Address legal matters and oversee new property lease-ups.
  • Maintenance & Security: Maintain properties per Housing Quality Standards, oversee repairs, inspections, and capital improvements.
  • Financial Oversight: Monitor budgets, rent collection, and financial benchmarks. Develop corrective plans as needed.
  • Performance & Compliance: Conduct site visits, ensure regulatory compliance, and provide reporting to leadership.
  • Staff Management & Development: Recruit, train, and supervise Property Managers and support staff. Foster a positive work environment.
Supervisory Role:
  • Manages Property Managers and indirectly oversees maintenance and administrative staff.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years in multi-family housing management (3+ in affordable housing supervision).
  • Knowledge of landlord-tenant laws, building maintenance, and property management software (YARDI).
  • Strong leadership, financial, and problem-solving skills.
  • Tax Credit Occupancy Specialist Certification (or ability to obtain within 6 months).
  • Valid CA Driver's License, with travel required (60-70%).
Physical Demands:
Work in varying environments, including rooftops, basements, and storage areas.

Salary Range: $100,000 annually
