Summary

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
In this position, you will provide exceptional customer service to residents and the general public while performing eligibility and property management duties such as collecting rent payments, preparing annual certification packets, and conducting interviews. In addition, you will participate in the resolution of differences between residents, community members and neighbors, conduct daily property inspections and respond to questions concerning compliance. As a Property Specialist II, you will also perform bookkeeping, including posting to appropriate accounts consistent with internal controls and established procedures as well as prepare and maintain logs and files for delinquent accounts and processes invoices to ensure timely payment.

Competencies and Qualifications
The ideal candidate for this position will have two years' experience in housing, social services or general office experience which involved high volume of public contact and a High School diploma or possession of a certificate of equivalent High School Achievement (GED). This position also requires possession and maintenance of a valid California Driver's License and requires living on-site in Fresno, CA.
