As a Restoration Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in responding to emergencies and helping to restore the lives of our customers. You'll be on the frontlines fixing broken buildings, whether from broken pipes or significant storm damage.

Brief Description: The Restoration Supervisor acts as a first responder in emergency situations involving fire and water property loss. You will oversee, organize, and direct on-site activities, performing advanced techniques for water, fire, and mold mitigation, and completing inspections to ensure high standards of work.
Key Responsibilities: - Manage the efficiency and progress of daily field operations.
- Collaborate with the Project Manager to execute the scope of work.
- Assist in daily planning and activities at the project site.
- Ensure crews have the necessary equipment and materials.
- Maintain quality control of work performed in accordance with industry standards.
- Ensure safety measures are observed for all building occupants and workers.
- Conduct inspections of work progress and completion.
- Communicate effectively with management and customers regarding project status.
Qualifications: - 1 year of restoration industry experience (water, fire, mold) is preferred.
- Previous supervisory experience is preferred.
- Knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Microsoft Outlook is essential.
- Valid driver's license required; CDL is a plus.
- Must pass a national criminal background check and motor vehicle report check.
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screening.
Work Environment & Physical Demands: This position involves a variety of work conditions. Accommodations can be made for individuals with disabilities. The noise level is typically quiet.
The physical demands include occasionally lifting up to 10 pounds. Regular activities include sitting, using hands, reaching, talking, hearing, and moving around the office.
Compensation: This role offers a competitive hourly rate of
$24 - $30, based on experience, along with an impressive benefits package including health insurance (medical, dental, and vision), life and disability insurance, a 401(k) plan with guaranteed match, paid holidays, and PTO.
