Minimum Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience in property maintenance or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.
Preferred Qualifications: - Certification in property maintenance or a related trade.
- Experience with building management software.
- Knowledge of local building codes and safety regulations.
Responsibilities: - Conduct regular inspections of the property to identify maintenance needs and safety hazards.
