ResponsibilitiesTraining Program Design & Delivery - Develop and deliver training content focused on role-based responsibilities, operational processes, leadership skills, customer service, and system usage.
- Facilitate individual, group, and virtual training sessions using various methods (in-person, Teams, webinars, etc.).
- Customize content to reflect company policies, procedures, and property-specific needs.
- Evaluate training effectiveness through surveys, assessments, and performance reviews, making data-driven adjustments as needed.
Onboarding & Continued Education - Lead onboarding programs for new Property Managers and other key onsite team members.
- Support the implementation of standardized onboarding processes to ensure consistency and efficiency across properties.
Train-the-Trainer Support - Partner with Property Managers to enhance their ability to train and develop their onsite teams.
- Provide guidance, coaching, and tools that help managers facilitate engaging and effective training for their teams.
- Offer ongoing mentorship to property leaders, ensuring that they are equipped to reinforce training and performance expectations at the site level.
Collaboration & Partnership - Work closely with Regional Managers to identify training needs and performance gaps at the site level.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (HR, Operations, Compliance, Systems, etc.) to align training content with broader company goals and initiatives.
Resource & Content Development - Create and maintain training materials including manuals, guides, job aids, SOPs, and e-learning modules.
- Continuously evaluate training effectiveness and adjust content and approach based on feedback and observed outcomes.
Culture & Team Development - Promote a culture of learning and growth by fostering collaboration, mentorship, and continuous improvement.
- Support initiatives that encourage cross-training and peer learning among property teams
Requirements
Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience
- 3+ years of experience in property management, learning & development, or training-related roles.
Skills/Abilities:
- Strong drive and the ability to self-motivate in the face of multiple priorities while managing time efficiently.
- Strong interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
- Computer skills: Microsoft Work & Excel, knowledge of internet, e mail and social media as it pertains to marketing the property.
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to interact with wide range of people.
- Strong drive and the ability to self-motivate in the face of multiple priorities while managing time efficiently.
- Must be organized, detail oriented and have good time management skills.
- High degree of professionalism; able to deal with extremely confidential information.

- Ability to perform the physical functions of the position, which may include, but are not limited to stationary work 85% of the time using a computer and applicable office equipment, ability to walk property, including up to 4 flights of stairs, and drive a vehicle to meet prospective employees.
Compensation and Benefits for Property Operations Trainer:Pay Range: $63,700 - $83,700
Compensation is determined by several factors that vary depending on the position, including the individual's experience, skills, and the knowledge they bring to the specific role.
