Job Title: Property Manager - Bilingual (Spanish/English)

Location: Onsite in Wilsonville, OR

Employment Type: Direct Hire

Compensation: $25 - $35 per hour

Housing: Onsite housing available (optional)

About the Role:

LHH Recruitment is seeking an experienced Bilingual Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of an affordable housing community in Wilsonville, Oregon. This is a direct hire, onsite position with the option to live on the property, although this is not required. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both Spanish and English and have 3+ years of experience in affordable housing management.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of property operations, including leasing, rent collection, maintenance coordination, and resident relations.
  • Ensure compliance with affordable housing regulations and reporting requirements.
  • Supervise onsite staff and vendors to maintain high standards of property upkeep and resident satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular property inspections and address maintenance issues promptly.
  • Maintain accurate records of financial transactions, occupancy, and compliance documentation.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive community environment for residents.

Qualifications:

  • Fluent in Spanish and English required (verbal and written).
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Property Manager in affordable housing.
  • Strong knowledge of HUD, LIHTC, or other affordable housing programs.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
  • Proficient in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
