Property Manager - LIHTC Compliance 3+ Years Experience Required

We're looking for an experienced Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of a Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) community. What You'll Do
- Lead daily operations of a LIHTC property, ensuring a safe, welcoming, and well-maintained community.
- Oversee LIHTC compliance: process income certifications/recertifications, perform file audits, and maintain accurate resident records.
- Apply knowledge of HOTMA regulations to ensure full compliance with current federal guidelines.
- Manage leasing activities: application processing, unit inspections, move-ins/move-outs, and lease renewals.
- Respond to resident inquiries and service requests promptly and professionally.
- Collect rent, monitor delinquencies, and handle daily bank deposits.
- Coordinate with maintenance staff and vendors to uphold property standards.
- Assist with financial reporting and prepare documentation for audits.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of property management experience, with at least 3 years in a LIHTC/affordable housing setting.
- Strong knowledge of LIHTC compliance and working understanding of HOTMA regulations, HUD standards, income limits, and eligibility requirements.
- Experience with property management software (RealPage, OneSite, or Yardi preferred).
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Bilingual in English/Spanish a plus, but not required.
