Job Summary: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Description: We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of residential and/or commercial properties. The ideal candidate will excel in managing tenant relations, ensuring property maintenance, and optimizing profitability. This role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and excellent problem-solving skills to ensure tenant satisfaction and property success.
Responsibilities: - Oversee the daily operations of the property, including maintenance, leasing, and tenant relations.
- Coordinate with tenants to address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure lease compliance.
- Manage lease agreements, renewals, and terminations in a timely and accurate manner.
- Conduct property inspections to ensure cleanliness, safety, and maintenance standards.
- Oversee property maintenance and repairs, liaising with contractors and service providers.
- Develop and monitor budgets, ensuring cost-effective operations.
- Advertise vacant units, manage rental listings, and oversee tenant screening processes.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, including fair housing laws.
- Maintain accurate records of income, expenses, and tenant information using property management software.
Requirements: - Proven experience as a Property Manager or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of property management best practices and fair housing regulations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
- Proficient in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Availability to address emergencies and work flexible hours as needed.
