At Allan Domb Real Estate, we're searching for a Property Manager to support our Director of Property Management. In this role, you'll play a pivotal role in the efficient and effective management of our properties, all while delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Tenant Relations
Manage and supervise the daily operations and staff for various residential properties in the ADRE portfolio, ensuring their seamless functionality and tenant satisfaction.
Provide excellent customer service by promptly addressing tenant inquiries, concerns, and requests
2. Maintenance Coordination
Coordinate and oversee maintenance and repairs for the properties, ensuring timely resolution of issues
Create and oversee the Maintenance Engineer's day-to-day schedules
Maintain accurate records of maintenance requests, repairs, and vendor interactions
3. Financial Management
Enter all maintenance requests into the bookkeeping system
Complete the coding of repairs and maintenance invoices for individual units
Coordination of Accounts Payable research with Accounting on outstanding maintenance invoices
4. Vendor and Contractor Coordination
Collaborate with vendors and contractors for property maintenance, repairs, and improvement projects
Obtain quotes, negotiate contracts, and monitor vendor performance
5. Administrative Tasks
Assist with administrative duties such as record keeping, filing, and responding to emails and phone calls
Apply your strong organizational skills to guarantee that operations run smoothly and tasks are completed in a timely manner
Assist in special projects as directed by the Director of Property Management and Director of Asset Management as needed
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in property management or a related field, preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with tenants, vendors, and team members.
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Knowledge of property management software particularly Yardi Voyager or similar platforms, required
Basic financial understanding and the ability to assist with budgeting and financial reporting.
Problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude to address property-related issues.
"On Call" weekends, responding to maintenance issues on a rotating basis, required
Salary Commensurate with Experience
