The community you'll be caring for: AdventHealth Orlando - Located on a lush tropical campus, our flagship hospital, 1,368-bed AdventHealth Orlando

The role you'll contribute: The Property Manager is a real estate professional who is responsible for leasing, maintenance and image of AdventHealth's commercial office buildings and actively participates in outstanding customer service and accepts responsibility in maintaining relationships that are equally respectful to all. The Property Manager will utilize the Assessing, Planning, Implementing and Evaluating (APIE) Process. She/he will also adhere to the AdventHealth Corporate Compliance Plan and to all rules and regulations of all applicable local, state and federal agencies and crediting bodies. The Property Manager will act as a liaison for problem resolution when problems arise in the medical office buildings. Interact with vendors, contractors, architects, and various AH departments and persons to keep the day-to-day activities of the medical office buildings running smoothly. - Manage assigned buildings on a day-to-day basis assisting tenants with their needs and questions.
- Buildings assigned are AdventHealth owned or buildings leased by an AdventHealth department.
- Visit assigned buildings to inspect on a regular basis; a quarterly written inspection is required.
Qualifications
The expertise and experiences you'll need to succeed : - High School Grad or Equivalent
- Bachelor's BS/BA degree in real estate, business, or related field Preferred
- 3 years of medical or commercial property management experience
- 3 years of customer service experience or equivalent experience within a property management department
