Property Manager

Work in an environment where you have the opportunity to learn and advance in a locally owned company. Work Monday-Friday in a team environment to ensure tenants and property owners are happy. Responsibilities:
• Advertise and market vacant units
• Conduct background & credit checks
• Manage lease agreements, renewals, and rent collection
• Manage tenant complaints, maintenance requests, and disputes
• Ensure properties are well-maintained and all necessary repairs are done in a timely manner. Follow up with open work orders
• Conduct annual inspections of properties
• Conduct quarterly drive-by property inspections
• Send lease renewals
• Attend new owner meetings
• Schedule move-in & move-out inspections Qualifications:
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
• Reliable smart phone required for use of apps for inspections and posting notices
• Strong communication skills
• Customer service skills
• Email etiquette
• Knowledge of Microsoft office Compensation: $20 - $22 hourly
