Property Manager
YWCA Madison is currently seeking candidates for a Property Manager for our housing located at 101 E. Mifflin St. The Property Manager is responsible for maintaining property rentals, filling vacancies, screening prospective tenants, and enforcing leases. Responsibilities also include approval, tracking and maintenance of individual resident and general project compliance files, including resident certifications, project-specific compliance documents, data tracking, and correspondence with on-site management for our various affordable housing programs. Responsible for leasing of rental units as well as supervising maintenance staff.
This is a full-time 36 hr/wk position with an excellent benefits package with generous paid time off.
Qualifications: Associate's degree or at least 2 years of property management experience and 1-3 years' experience in human services. 1-3 years supervisory experience.
The ideal candidate will have experience with affordable housing programs, Section 42 Compliance, Compliance tracking, knowledge of Trauma Informed Care practices and demonstrate excellence in customer service.
