Salary Range: $52,000 / year DOE
Property Manager Responsibilities: - Oversee daily property operations, including leasing, tenant relations, and maintenance coordination
- Manage lease agreements, renewals, and legal notices while ensuring compliance with rental laws
- Handle tenant concerns, resolve disputes, and maintain a positive living environment
- Coordinate with the maintenance team to track and complete work orders efficiently
- Assist with marketing efforts for vacancies, schedule tours, and process applications
- Maintain financial records, upload invoices, and monitor rental payments through AppFolio
Property Manager Requirements: - Property management experience in multi-family housing within Los Angeles
- Strong knowledge of local rental regulations, lease agreements, and tenant rights
- Ability to manage difficult tenant situations with professionalism and problem-solving skills
- Experience overseeing multi-unit residential properties
- Must live on-site and be comfortable working independently
