Job Description

Bonney Staffing has partnered with a property management company offering services such as leasing, maintenance, and regulatory compliance for both residential and commercial properties. With decades of combined experience, they are dedicated to safeguarding property owners' interests and providing exceptional customer care.

The Property Manager job in Lewiston, Maine is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of HUD-managed elderly housing properties. You'll have a solid understanding of HUD regulations, including compliance, reporting, and documentation, as well as a passion for providing exceptional service to residents. This is a full-time position.

Property Manager Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field preferred
  • 3-5 years of property management experience, with a focus on HUD properties
  • In-depth knowledge of HUD regulations, compliance requirements, and elderly housing practices
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Proficient in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong customer service orientation with a commitment to providing a positive living experience for residents
  • Local and state Real Estate License preferred
Property Manager Details:
  • Schedule: Monday - Friday, full-time
  • Pay Rate: Competitive, based on experience
  • Start Date: ASAP
