The
Property Manager job in
Lewiston, Maine is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of HUD-managed elderly housing properties. You'll have a solid understanding of HUD regulations, including compliance, reporting, and documentation, as well as a passion for providing exceptional service to residents. This is a full-time position.
Property Manager Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field preferred
- 3-5 years of property management experience, with a focus on HUD properties
- In-depth knowledge of HUD regulations, compliance requirements, and elderly housing practices
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficient in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong customer service orientation with a commitment to providing a positive living experience for residents
- Local and state Real Estate License preferred
Property Manager Details: - Schedule: Monday - Friday, full-time
- Pay Rate: Competitive, based on experience
- Start Date: ASAP
