Property Manager is a working professional responsible for providing clients with top-tier customer service and excellence in management services. Our Property Managers must demonstrate leadership and create trust with owners, tenants, and vendors. This job entails extensive depth into helping tenants renew, sign, understand, and abide by their lease agreement. It also includes working with tenants and vendors to fill maintenance requests, verifying and submitting invoices for payment, reviewing property owner statements for accuracy, and working with our property owners with needed approvals and notifications. If you thrive in a fast paced environment, like to wear many hats, and are a happy, positive, upbeat person who is a great team-player and laughs every day, then this job may be a great fit.

- Extremely thorough
- New Hampshire Real Estate Salesperson License (or willingness to quickly obtain RE license)
- Strong Leadership skills
- Solid decision making skills; capable of principle-based decision making and critical thinking
- Basic accounting knowledge
- Local area knowledge
- Building maintenance knowledge
- Computer proficiency-Microsoft Office/Excel (60+ WPM + 10 key fluent)
- Positive attitude with thick skin

The Property Manager is capable of high output in a fast-paced environment, and is highly organized with strong time management skills and an understanding of prioritization. Naturally driven to provide excellent customer service and to instill trust, the Property Manager is a natural communicator with good negotiation skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to work independently.
Compensation: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
