Property Manager (Bilingual English and Spanish)- $48k to $58k + Performance Bonuses & Benefits -Houston, TX 77063


The Role

Do you have a track record of successfully managing s B & C class Multifamily properties?Are you a strong leader who can motivate a team and maintain excellent resident relationships? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you.


We're looking for an experienced Property Manager to oversee the operations of a thriving residential community.


You will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the community, ensuring high occupancy rates, financial performance and resident satisfaction. You will lead a dedicated team and ensure the property is well-maintained and operating efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead & Develop a high-performing team, including Leasing Agents & Maintenance Staff.
  • Drive Property Performance by meeting occupancy, revenue, and expense goals.
  • Implement Marketing Strategies to attract and retain residents.
  • Ensure Compliance with Fair Housing Laws, lease agreements, and company policies.
  • Build Relationships with residents to maintain a positive community environment.
  • Oversee Maintenance & Operations to ensure well-kept, fully functional properties.
  • Utilize Property Management Software (ResMan or similar) to track performance.
  • Manage Budgets & Financial Reporting to maximize NOI and property value.
  • Drive Leasing Efforts to maintain high occupancy rates and resident satisfaction.

The Person

  • Bilingual (English & Spanish) is required.
  • Experience managing s B & C class Multifamily properties.
  • 3+ years of experience in property management, with proven leadership skills.
  • Strong financial acumen and ability to manage budgets & expenses.
  • Expertise in leasing, marketing, and resident relations.
  • Proficiency in ResMan or similar property management software.
  • Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws & property regulations.
  • Ability to problem-solve, multitask, and drive results.
  • A motivated, team-first attitude with a passion for creating great communities.
