The Role

We're looking for an experienced Property Manager to oversee the operations of a thriving residential community.
You will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the community, ensuring high occupancy rates, financial performance and resident satisfaction. You will lead a dedicated team and ensure the property is well-maintained and operating efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead & Develop a high-performing team, including Leasing Agents & Maintenance Staff.
- Drive Property Performance by meeting occupancy, revenue, and expense goals.
- Implement Marketing Strategies to attract and retain residents.
- Ensure Compliance with Fair Housing Laws, lease agreements, and company policies.
- Build Relationships with residents to maintain a positive community environment.
- Oversee Maintenance & Operations to ensure well-kept, fully functional properties.
- Utilize Property Management Software (ResMan or similar) to track performance.
- Manage Budgets & Financial Reporting to maximize NOI and property value.
- Drive Leasing Efforts to maintain high occupancy rates and resident satisfaction.

The Person
- Bilingual (English & Spanish) is required.
- Experience managing s B & C class Multifamily properties.
- 3+ years of experience in property management, with proven leadership skills.
- Strong financial acumen and ability to manage budgets & expenses.
- Expertise in leasing, marketing, and resident relations.
- Proficiency in ResMan or similar property management software.
- Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws & property regulations.
- Ability to problem-solve, multitask, and drive results.
- A motivated, team-first attitude with a passion for creating great communities.
