Property Manager

Probate law firm is seeking a full-time Property Manager. Duties include investigation, tracking, and management of real property. Ideal for someone with property management and/or business experience. Candidates must possess excellent communication skills, have the ability to prioritize multiple tasks, and keep all data organized and current. Candidate needs to be level-headed, detail-oriented, able to follow instructions, ask appropriate questions, use common sense, have excellent telephone and communication skills, and be team-player oriented. • Investigating ownership of real property, property insurance, taxes, and utilities
• Property management, which includes ensuring that appropriate insurance is in place and taxes and utilities are paid.
• Scheduling repairs and maintenance at properties
• Ensuring rent payments are received from properties with tenants or any property management company that may be involved. Working with any property management companies on said properties.
• Scheduling realtors and appraisers to provide market analyses and appraisals
• Working with realtors to list properties for sale and working with title companies to coordinate real estate closings Qualifications:
