Your new role
As the Property Manager, you will get the opportunity to oversee a portfolio of Industrial assets throughout the Texas region and a few other states. Along with general operations, tenant relations, capital projects, as well as oversight of the maintenance staff.
What you'll need to succeed
- 5+ years in Commercial Property Management
- Experience with Industrial portfolios
- Experience with financials (Accounting/Budgets/Reports)
- Knowledge with building systems
- Strong leadership skills
- Great communication skills & attention to detail
- Proficient with Yardi
- Ability to travel (about 20%)
