Property Manager

Salary: $75,000 to $85,000 base, plus commission

• Oversee daily property operations, ensuring the highest level of service and maintenance standards

• Manage leasing processes, including showings, application processing, and lease signings

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new residents and maintain high occupancy

• Handle resident inquiries, concerns, and service requests in a timely and professional manner

• Ensure property maintenance is up to standards and coordinate repair and upkeep efforts

• Prepare budgets, track expenses, and manage the financial performance of the property

• Manage property staff, including leasing agents and maintenance personnel

• Maintain accurate records for all resident transactions, rent payments, and leasing agreements

• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations governing residential properties

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field, or equivalent work experience

• Experience: 3+ years of property management experience, preferably in luxury residential properties

• Skills: Strong communication and customer service skills with the ability to manage and resolve conflicts

• Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with local rental market, fair housing laws, and property management best practices

• Leadership: Ability to manage a team, motivate staff, and foster a positive environment for residents and employees

• Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with property management software and Microsoft Office Suite
