Key Responsibilities of the Property Manager -
Oversee daily property operations, ensuring the highest level of service and maintenance standards

Manage leasing processes, including showings, application processing, and lease signings

Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new residents and maintain high occupancy

Handle resident inquiries, concerns, and service requests in a timely and professional manner

Ensure property maintenance is up to standards and coordinate repair and upkeep efforts

Prepare budgets, track expenses, and manage the financial performance of the property

Manage property staff, including leasing agents and maintenance personnel

Maintain accurate records for all resident transactions, rent payments, and leasing agreements

Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations governing residential properties
What We're Looking For in a Property Manager -
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field, or equivalent work experience

Experience: 3+ years of property management experience, preferably in luxury residential properties

Skills: Strong communication and customer service skills with the ability to manage and resolve conflicts

Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with local rental market, fair housing laws, and property management best practices

Leadership: Ability to manage a team, motivate staff, and foster a positive environment for residents and employees

Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with property management software and Microsoft Office Suite
