Property Manager
Location: Chicago, On-Site
Compensation: $70K-$95K +Benefits:

Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations across mixed-use assets
- Conduct regular property inspections for safety and compliance
- Manage vendors, service contracts, and on-site teams
- Act as the primary tenant contact, ensuring satisfaction and timely issue resolution
- Lead lease negotiations and maintain strong occupancy
- Handle budgeting, financial reporting, and expense management
- Collaborate with accounting to improve revenue and identify cost-saving opportunities
- Mentor and support property management staff
Experience:
- 5+ years of experience managing mixed-use (retail + residential) properties
- Proven leadership and ability to manage multiple properties
- Strong understanding of property management laws and best practices
- Solid background in budgeting, reporting, and financial performance
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Yardi, MRI, AppFolio, and Microsoft Office or Google Suite
- Real Estate License or CPM designation a plus
