• Manage a portfolio of single-family residential properties in the Hampton Roads region.
• Oversee all aspects of property operations, including leasing, maintenance, rent collection, and tenant relations.
• Develop and implement property management strategies to meet both financial and operational goals.
• Ensure properties are well-maintained and compliant with all relevant laws and regulations.
• Manage relationships with vendors and negotiate service contracts.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing tenant needs and concerns in a timely, professional manner.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance of lease agreements and other legal documents.
• Collaborate with the leadership team to streamline and improve daily operations. Qualifications:
• Active Virginia Real Estate License (required at the time of hire).
• 3-5 years of experience managing single-family residential properties.
• In-depth knowledge of Virginia landlord-tenant laws and regulations.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with tenants, vendors, and colleagues.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail and problem-solving.
