We are excited to meet you and glad you're interested in the opportunity to join our Property Management team. As a Property Manager, you'll be responsible for a combination of multi-tenant spaces in the Carolinas and single-tenant properties primarily in the eastern United States.
Duties and Responsibilities
This role will be responsible for property management duties, which include bur are not limited to the following:
- Perform comprehensive annual inspections for properties and evaluate the economic viability of the surrounding markets
- Bid, negotiate, and manage capital projects and recurring vendor contracts
- Prepare, submit, and manage property budgets with the clients' goals and objectives addressed
- Ensure compliance with Company initiatives and required laws and regulations that pertain to facility operations on behalf of the client
- Build relationships with third-party property owners
- Interface with accounting and other support teams
- Monthly reporting on a property's financial performance, vacancy status, work orders, and general upkeep
- Review and abstract associated lease documents
- Approve and process payment invoices related to assigned properties
- Seek new management opportunities
- Other management responsibilities as assigned

- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize, and stay organized
- Confident using Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
- Willingness to travel approx. 25% of the time
Job Requirements
- Licensed real estate professional or willing to pursue licensure in North Carolina and South Carolina
- At least one year of experience in commercial asset, facility, or property management is required
- Location: This is a full-time position to be worked from the Primax Properties office when not visiting the management portfolio, so you'll need to be comfortable commuting each day
- Office hours are 8am-5pm, Monday-Friday
