About the Role

We're looking for a licensed Property Manager to join our growing team. This person will take the lead on leasing, maintenance coordination, tenant relations, and administrative support for a portfolio of rental properties. You'll work closely with our assistant and report directly to leadership.

This is a great opportunity for a self-starting, licensed agent who enjoys the operations side of real estate and wants consistent part-time work with flexible hours-and the opportunity to earn commission through real estate transactions.


Responsibilities

Leasing & Property Onboarding

  • Market and show rental listings
  • Screen applicants and approve leases
  • Manage lease renewals and move-in/move-out coordination
  • Onboard new rental properties and tenants

Maintenance Coordination

  • Receive and dispatch maintenance requests
  • Schedule vendors and monitor repairs
  • Oversee inspections (routine & Section 8)
  • Manage vacancy prep (utilities, lawn care, freeze protection, etc.)

Tenant Relations

  • Handle escalated questions and concerns
  • Communicate with professionalism and care

Administrative & Financial Support

  • Oversee rent collection and late fee enforcement
  • Pay vendor and utility bills
  • Assist with monthly disbursements and financial reporting
  • Maintain property records and internal systems (Appfolio & LeadSimple)

Requirements
  • Active real estate license (required)
  • Minimum 2 years of real estate or property management experience (preferred)
  • Strong communication and time management skills
  • Highly organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
  • Comfortable with tech (Appfolio, LeadSimple, Google Drive, etc.)

Compensation
  • $Base salary for part-time property management
  • 65% commission on buy/sell/rent transactions
  • Additional referral and lead incentives available
