We are so glad you are interested in joining Sutter Health. Organization: SHSO-Sutter Health System Office-Valley Position Overview: Works to deploy owned and leased building responsibilities. Leads all issues related to the owned and leased building portfolio across the system. Responsible for administrating the lease responsibilities including landlord relations. Directs the daily property management activities, while assuming daily operations of managing a limited portfolio. Responsible for the development and implementation of policies, procedures and programs that will assure a well-managed, well-maintained building, environmental health and safety, and quality programs. Responsible for short and long range financial planning for all properties assigned. Leads escalations and resolutions directly with landlords and Sutter leadership. Manage commissioning and decommissioning processes for locations being added and or eliminated in the portfolio. This position is mobile and will serve locations in the Greater Sacramento and Central Valley divisions. Job Description: EDUCATION: Equivalent experience will be accepted in lieu of the required degree or diploma. Bachelor's: Business Administration or Management or equivalent education/experience LICENSE: California Real Estate License - Required TYPICAL EXPERIENCE: 5 years of recent experience SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE: Verbal and written communication skills, solid interpersonal and conflict resolution abilities and work group facilitation skills. Strong organization and analytical skills. Knowledge in all aspects of business leasing and construction management. Must be able to work independently. Advanced leadership skills with proven ability to influence at all levels and across business lines. Experience with vendor and lease agreements Advanced knowledge of procurement principles, theories and processes Good understanding of offices machines (printers, copiers, fax, etc) configuration and setup. Mechanical aptitudes, and a general knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems. Interpersonal skills to facilitate moving others in a desired direction with positive outcomes without direct reporting relationship authority Demonstrated negotiation skills balancing attention to details with an ability to operate strategically. Leadership skills and the ability to initiate and maintain clear communications. Demonstrated ability to lead teams, delegate tasks, manage and balance multiple interests, and resolve conflicts. Consultative skills to gather needs and translate requests into potential solutions. Client relationship management skills to maintain positive relations between fps and affiliate leadership. Skills in identifying, researching/ analyzing and creatively resolving problems Possess working knowledge of local building codes and OSHA regulations. Analytical and problem-solving skills to provide support to the various customers of the Sutter health system. Handle multiple priorities and have the ability to prioritize workload, formulate workable plans and consistently meet established deadlines. Customer service, time management and prioritization skills Experience managing and working with multiple vendors. Management; supervision; selection of vendors; negotiations related to vendor contract terms/conditions. Leadership and management skills, demonstrated ability to communicate effectively (written and oral), including composition, grammar, vocabulary and spelling as well as a commitment to continuous quality improvement. Well organized and capable of managing a high volume of diverse issues and complex information, using independent judgment and discretion and be able to work with minimal supervision. Analyze complex issues and develop problem solving analyses. Work with diverse health and administrative professionals at all organizational levels, including frequent interaction with senior executives and key stakeholders. Pay Range is $48.72 to $73.08 / hour The salary range for this role may vary above or below the posted range as determined by location. This range has not been adjusted for any specific geographic differential applicable by area where the position may be filled. Compensation takes into account several factors including but not limited to a candidate's experience, education, skills, licensure and certifications, department equity, training and organizational needs.
