HireOne Staffing is seeking a Property Manager to join a growing and dynamic team.
Job Description:
- Operates according to policies and procedures in rent collection, including reviewing and validating records and managing collection activities.
- Processes rent adjustment requests per established procedures, including obtaining verifications and entering data into the system.
- Post charges such as work orders and late fees, and generates notices for residents accordingly.
- Monitors site budget and expenses to ensure spending aligns with financial guidelines.
- Complies with internal financial controls and operating policies.
- Processes invoices for accuracy, proper coding, and compliance with purchasing procedures; tracks purchases from order through invoice.
- Oversees the purchase of office and administrative supplies for the property.
- Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends in accordance with company procedures.
- Sends or posts notices regarding compliance violations per rules and regulations.
- Addresses resident concerns professionally and ensures timely follow-up.
- Completes and submits incident reports for events involving injury or property damage.
- Writes advertisements when needed, obtains pricing, and places ads upon COO approval to optimize community exposure.
- Hires, trains, supervises, and when necessary, terminates site staff.
- Maintains job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, networking, and engaging with professional publications and organizations.
- Contributes to organizational goals by taking ownership of new tasks and seeking opportunities to add value.
