Your role as a Property Manager AT Camp Little Cloud As a Property Manager at Camp Little Cloud, you will be at the forefront of enhancing the camp experience by overseeing and managing all aspects of the camp's physical property and facilities. Your responsibility will be to ensure a welcoming and safe environment for guests, guaranteeing that the camp's buildings and equipment are well-maintained and operational. This role requires a keen eye for property upkeep, effective facilities management, and a commitment to safety, allowing you to create an outstanding experience for all campers and visitors. By leveraging your expertise, you'll contribute to a culture of excellence and innovation, ensuring that every aspect of the camp fosters joy, learning, and growth for our guests.

What we're looking for in a Property Manager Camp Little Cloud To thrive as a Property Manager at Camp Little Cloud, you'll need a strong blend of technical skills and personal attributes. A bachelor's degree or equivalent in facilities management, maintenance, or a related field is advantageous. Basic knowledge of plumbing, carpentry, electrical, and mechanical repair is essential for ensuring the camp's facilities are always in top condition. You must be physically capable of performing tasks that require lifting items up to 60 lbs, standing for extended periods, and working outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Proficiency in operating maintenance equipment and tools safely is critical. Additionally, strong leadership and team management skills will help you cultivate a cooperative and efficient work environment. Flexibility with working hours, including evenings and weekends, is necessary, along with a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and proof of vehicle insurance. Lastly, becoming a registered Girl Scout member will connect you more deeply with our mission and community.

Knowledge and skills required for the position are:
