Property Management Specialist

Overview/ Job Responsibilities Sev1Tech is seeking a seasoned and innovative Senior Property Management Specialist to lead our equipment management team. As a Senior Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the comprehensive management of our diverse equipment portfolio, ensuring operational efficiency, compliance, and strategic alignment with programmatic goals. Responsibilities: Performs a variety of warehousing duties that require an understanding of the establishment's storage plan. Work involves most of the following: Verify materials against receiving documents Noting and reporting discrepancies and obvious damages Routing materials to prescribed storage locations, storing, stacking, or palletized materials in accordance with prescribed storage methods Rearranging and taking inventory of stored materials Examining stored materials and reporting deterioration and damage Removing material from storage and preparing it for shipment. Keeping accurate documentation related to inventory management, shipping/receiving action and any required hand receipt records. Work with commercial carriers to support material movement requirements. The worker may operate hand, power trucks and forklifts in the performance of warehouse duties. Minimum Qualifications Must have a US Secret level clearance Bachelor's or advanced degree from an accredited academic institution or military school. Degree can be substituted with 6 years of additional job-related experience.
